Each plan includes a base number of credits per month, which can be used for transaction signing, wallet management, and other operations on Signchain. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.
Features by Plan
Credits
Credits allow you to perform actions within Signchain, including signing transactions, managing wallets, and using the API. Each plan provides a set number of credits per month, with additional credits available for purchase.
Rate Limits
Rate limits control the frequency of requests allowed within the API. Higher-tier plans offer increased rate limits to support more intensive and scalable operations.
Wallet Storage
All plans include wallet storage within the Signchain Hosted Vault. Self-hosted support is available from the Starter plan onwards, enabling users to manage their private keys within their own infrastructure.
Support Options
- Priority Support: Available from the Pro plan and above.
- Dedicated Account Manager: Included in Enterprise and Large Enterprise plans, providing personalized assistance and support.
Accessing Subscription Management
To select or update your plan:
- Go to Billing & Credits in the Signchain dashboard.
- Select the desired plan based on your operational needs.
- Confirm your choice, and an invoice will be generated if a change in subscription occurs.
Managing Credits
You can monitor your credit usage in the Dashboard and purchase additional credits as needed in Billing & Credits. Each credit enables you to perform one signing or comparable operation. Ensure you have sufficient credits to avoid any service interruptions.
